Our Promise​

Infinite Creatives is dedicated to providing high-quality video editing services through a streamlined, subscription-based model. Our goal is to empower agencies and brands with creative support that adapts to your needs, ensuring smooth project execution and on-brand content creation.​

What We Do

• Deliver edits with an average turnaround time of 24 hours.
• Unlimited rounds of revisions.
• Unlimited video duration.
• Source licensed music.
• Source unlimited stock footage.
• Subtitling and captions.
• Color correction.‍

What We Don't Do

• Animation.
• Voiceover recording.
• Record screen or take screenshots.
• Independently source assets (besides music, stock footage, or motion graphics presets).
• Excessive, complex, or custom motion graphics.
• Write copy from scratch.
• Highly complex or advanced color grading.
• Sound design.‍​

Terms of Partnership

• The Client understands that the number of edits delivered will depend on how complex and long their requests are. While we can offer an estimate based on past work, we can't guarantee the exact number of edits each month.
• We’ll do our best to accommodate any rush requests. However, we can’t guarantee any specific turnaround time. Please plan ahead to ensure we can meet your deadline. If needed, we’re happy to provide the project files so you can complete the video after our working hours.
• If a stock footage clip can not be sourced in our paid library, we are not responsible for sourcing it elsewhere. You can provide it from different sources assuming the licensing.
• We will be available during our business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST), and aim to respond to all messages within 1 hour.
• The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving all video drafts promptly. Any delays in approval or providing feedback may impact the delivery schedule.
​• The Client can cancel, pause or scale up/down their subscription at any time by giving us at least five (5) business days' notice before the end of their current billing cycle. Services will continue until the end of the billing period, but no refunds will be given for any unused portion of the subscription.‍‍‍‍
